Tee Valley Early Years Conference

I had the pleasure of travelling to Middlesbrough to deliver at the Tees Valley Early Years Conference, and what a joy it was to share our LUSU inclusive, adaptive PE activities with so many passionate and inspiring teachers.

We explored the many fun and creative ways to catch, finding the success through sensory equipment, using playful language like “eye 2 sky”, “knees 2 trees”, “nose 2 toes”

The energy in the room was incredible! Teachers loved seeing how simple adaptations can make PE engaging, accessible, and most importantly, fun for everyone!

Early years activities play is so vital in building strong foundations for children through movement, play, and inclusion, we help develop confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of being active.
