Sensory Tennis Level 3 (Week 6) Racket & Ball Challenge

Three, four, five, Forehand Rally - Player taps the ball over a net (made with rope & chairs) to partner, partner taps the ball back over net. 5 x rally.

Sensory Tennis Level 3 (Week 6) Challenge

On The Move. Player taps a ball using a forehand over a net to a zoned area and partner taps the ball back to the player. When a rally of 5 is reached 1 point is scored. Stop when player gets to 7 points.

Sensory Tennis Level 3 (Week 6) Warm Up Challenge

Three, four, five, Shuttle Run. Player starts with 5 x balls on their racket strings which is on the floor or table. Player picks up 1 ball, moves 3 metres forward and places the ball on the floor. Repeat till all the balls are off the racket.

Sensory Tennis Level 2 (Week 6) Challenge

On The Move. Player taps a ball using a forehand into a zoned area and partner taps the ball back to the player. Every time the ball goes into the zoned area 1 point is scored. Stop when player gets to 7 points.
