The cost of your delivery is calculated by the weight of your order. We ensure we use a guaranteed carrier to send your items to your door.

We endeavour to dispatch in-stock orders within 2-3 working days.

However, please leave 3-5 working days for your delivery.

We will notify you by email with delivery information.

European and International Delivery – Courier only 

Shipping is calculated by weight and we deliver using a guaranteed courier service

International customers will need to pay an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer.

We endeavour to dispatch in-stock orders within 7-10 working days.

RETURN & REFUND

How can I return an item?

You may return an item to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

Step 1

Simply email info@lususports.com with your order number , explain the reason why you need to return the item and we’ll lead you through the process.

Step 2

After completing Step 1, you will receive an email confirming we are organising your return and a return number will be obtained.

(e.g. Return Reference LUSU-R0123)

Step 3

Post the items back to LUSUSports.com with the returns number enclosed. (Please note returns postage charge is payable by the customer. Please ensure items are adequately packed to reduce the risk of damage in transit back to us).

My item has been damaged/faulty

If your order has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Simply email info@lususports.com with your order number with the nature of the damage/fault (Photos may be required).
