Purchase and terms of sale
All orders via the LUSU Website are subject to availability and delivery times may vary according to availability and delays outside our control.
All purchases must be made by a person over the age of 18 years and who possesses a valid credit or debit card. On placing an order, you are providing consent for us to have your private details relating to name, delivery address, address linked to payment and payment details for the purchase to be processed.
We will provide an automated email on receipt of your order to confirm the order details and to acknowledge that your order has been placed. We will then send a further email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched to you and at this point a contract will be formed.

Pricing
We endeavour to ensure all our descriptions and prices are accurate, however we are human and occasionally mistakes may occur. We will inform you at the point of sale if there are any mistakes and provide you with an option to cancel or continue with the purchase.
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be displayed on the final payment page.
Payment for goods can be made by credit card, debit card or paypal and you must confirm you are authorised to make such payments. Payments are processed using Square Pay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure way. We do not receive card information and no information relating to card details are stored for your protection.
Promotional Vouchers. Only one voucher can be used against any product; i.e. multiple vouchers may not be used to purchase a single product. Items which have been purchased in part or full with a promotional voucher will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Promotional Vouchers can only be used against a specified product or service.
