Introducing LUSU Inspired CIC: Creating Inclusive, Active Communities.

We are proud to announce the formation of LUSU Inspired CIC, a community interest company dedicated to supporting disability inclusion and inclusive activities in Stockport, Greater Manchester and the wider area.

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live an active life, in environments where they feel welcomed, understood and supported.

LUSU Inspired works alongside parents, carers, healthcare professionals, support staff, coaches and activity leaders from a wide range of organisations. We inspire, educate and empower those supporting disabled people to deliver person-centred, inclusive and active support.

Through practical guidance, resources, equipment, training and shared learning, we help communities and organisations build the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to make activities more inclusive. Supporting Inclusive Spaces

Inclusion doesn’t happen by accident. It takes thoughtful planning, the right knowledge and a willingness to adapt.

With support from LUSU Inspired, communities develop a stronger understanding of how to create inclusive spaces across schools, leisure centres, care homes, sports clubs, holiday clubs and other community settings.

By combining resources, inclusive behaviours and practical approaches, we help organisations deliver activities that genuinely meet the needs of disabled people. Our Impact
