It was such a privilege to be invited by Sense and Decathlon to deliver a fun, inclusive warm-up in my hometown of Stockport, in the park where I grew up.
The event was incredibly well organised, featuring a 2K Children’s & Inclusive Run, alongside 5K and 10K races for adults.
It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the morning together—running, playing games on the field, and connecting with others. The atmosphere was full of energy, community spirit, and smiles all around.
