LUSU really enjoyed delivering a tennis session to a group of ladies from Twyford House Care Home
The group of ladies have still got great coordination at the age of 86+.
What a wonderful afternoon full of activities, laughter and fun ...... absolutely fantastic for there mental health! 
You are never too old to play tennis !
