Sensory Tennis Level 1 (Week 6) Body & Ball Challenge

Three, four, five, Bounce & Catch Ball. Player starts with 3 x balls on their racket strings which is on the floor. Player picks up a ball and bounces it on the floor or table to his partners hands or catch net. Repeat until all the balls are off.

Balancing Ball. Player starts in the middle of two cones, 2 metres apart. Player balances the ball on the racket and moves around the cones.

Playing a Forehand. Player starts in the middle of two cones 2 metres apart. Player moves to a cone and plays a forehand from his partner's low to high ball feed. Player returns to the middle and repeats the drill.

Side 2 Side. Player starts in the middle of two cones 3 metres apart. Player side steps and taps the cones on the top using right and left hands.
