Disability Awareness Day (DAD) - Walton Hall & Gardens Warrington

The LUSU Team had a great day yesterday at the Disability Awareness Day (DAD) at Walton Hall & Gardens in Warrington.

The day wa sa huge success with such a range of sports and hobbies being demonstrated such as rowing, tennis, scuba diving, marshal arts, snooker, boxing and so many more.

The sense of being apart of something that makes a difference to peoples lives was overwhelming and to see so many people take part in all the activities on offer was lovely.

The day was a huge success. So many people attended and it was lovely chatting and hearing peoples stories and passion for wanting to be included in sports despite their disability and for them to see how many sports they can get involved in was truly lovely.

We would like to thsnk Cheshire LTA for organising this event for LUSU, it was lovely of you to invite us to a wonderful event.
