A fantastic day up in Stirling as Lou and Sue headed to Scotland’s National Coach Conference!

They spent the day sharing the heart of LUSU Inclusive Sports – practical ideas, adaptable equipment, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to move, play, and belong.

With plenty of behind‑the‑scenes moments captured throughout the day, you’ll spot Lou and Sue doing what they do best:

• connecting with coaches and educators
• demonstrating inclusive activities
• showcasing how simple adaptations can open doors for all abilities
• spreading the message that inclusion isn’t an add‑on… it’s the starting point

The energy in the room was brilliant, and the response to LUSU’s approach was inspiring. Scotland’s coaching community showed real passion for making sport accessible, and it was a privilege to be part of it.
