About Us

LUSU Transform the lives of children with disabilities and their families. We do this by training people to work with them on inclusive sport and physical activity that in turn impacts mental health and wellbeing.

The experts in inclusive sport and activity, LUSU is fronted by two passionate, energetic and knowledgeable individuals who are committed to changing the attitudes, techniques and skills of people within educational and sporting environments.

We believe all activity and sport should be fully inclusive because we’re in it together.

Sue Morrison

Sue Morrison has spent over four decades at the heart of sport, education, and inclusion. As an LTA Qualified Coach, multi-activity specialist, and experienced SEND practitioner, her journey has been shaped by one clear purpose—to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, could enjoy being active.

Throughout her career, Sue has worked extensively with schools, sports clubs, and community organisations across the UK, building strong relationships and creating inclusive environments where individuals feel supported and valued.

Her work goes beyond coaching. Sue has developed and delivered programmes that support teachers, PAs, coaches, and parents, equipping them with the confidence and skills to deliver inclusive activities. She has also designed specialist equipment and creative approaches that enable participation for a wide range of needs and abilities.

Sue’s passion lies in those transformational moments, when someone who never thought sport was for them suddenly feels included, capable, and inspired.

For Sue, it’s not just about sport, it’s about changing lives through movement, confidence, and connection.
